Community Facilitation is VLC’s way of showing up for our families—reflecting our commitment to accessibility, inclusion, and shared responsibility.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Any financial considerations previously handled under Community Assistance—such as sibling discounts, board-approved exceptions, and scholarships—will now fall under the Community Facilitation framework.
• This unified approach allows us to honor diverse family needs while staying true to VLC’s values of equity and inclusion.
• There are currently two facilitation options, which are outlined in the form linked below.
• Deadline to submit the form: 18th June 2025. Submissions after this date will be reviewed in the next quarter (November 2025).
• Please note: Facilitation in the next quarter will depend on the payment of the August 2025 quarter fee.
• After submitting the form, you’ll be prompted to complete the Mandatory Data Update Form. If you haven’t recently done so, we encourage you to take a few minutes to update your information—this helps us serve you better.
